注：1、长期生（学习时间最少为一个学期或一个学期以上的学生）填写此表。
Only long-term students who plan to stay for at least one semester or longer fill in the application form.
2、长期生房费按学期一次付清，未住满一个学期要求退宿，所缴房费不予退还。
Full room fee should be paid at the beginning of each semester, and it is not refundable.
3、如果您对同住人选有何要求，请直接在“备注”栏中注明，我们将在照顾国际和生活习惯的前提下争取按您的要求安排同屋。
To provide you the most suitable room, please inform us of any roommate preference or your personal habits in remarks section of this application.
4、 由于公寓客房资源有限，开学之前原则上不安排留学生单独住一套公寓，如果确实需要单独住一套公寓，请在备注中注明。我们将在开学报到结束后，根据实际情况和您的意愿，按照先来后到的原则统一进行调整，请予以谅解和配合。
If you choose to live alone at one apartment, please indicate in the remark section. Please note that only after the registration is completed can we determine whether we can meet your request.
5、 床上用品及手巾请自备。
You need to supply your own bed linen(duvet, duvet cover, sheet, pillow and pillowcase) and towels.
6、厨房用具请自备。
You need to supply your own crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
